QUASAR V Phase III trial for stage II/III colorectal cancer.
TRIAL DESIGN
TroVax or placebo will be evaluated alongside adjuvant chemotherapy.
PATIENT POPULATION
Approximately 3,000 patients to be recruited with Stage II/III colorectal cancer. Eligible patients will have had surgical resection of their primary tumours and have been treated with adjuvant chemotherapy.
GET INVOLVED
Patient recruitment is expected to start in H1 2009, pending further review of the interim TRIST data and FDA agreement. More information will be posted here when available. This information will also be available on www.clinicaltrials.gov.
